Challenge: Engaged to focus on needs of a growing national developer, specializing in historic re-adaptive use projects with technically demanding systems. Results: Built collaboration among teams which included external management companies, sharing best practices for this challenging product type. Develop best practices in operations, with priority processes on utility savings, benchmarking and communication with customer. Portfolio grew from 700,000 sf nationally to 4,000,000 sf with ‘preferred provider’ status awarded by client due to satisfaction with management initiatives developed.
